I welcome anyone to the campaign who contributes to the positive and constructive discussion of the issues facing Rochester. Our city is just not working now, and we need to have a serious and productive exchange of ideas to put before voters during this campaign.
I am proud of the work that I have done in more than 30 years of serving this city, making our streets safer and engaging people in every neighborhood of Rochester during my career. I am particularly concerned with our youth and I have dedicated much of my career reaching out to young people in my work at the Rochester Police Department, the City School District and as a mentor. I look forward to campaigning, to talking about my record in public service, and to sharing my ideas and plans to get Rochester working again.
